At Journey, we take pride in our meticulous and client-focused approach to design and craftsmanship. Our process is designed to ensure your project is handled with the utmost care and precision from start to finish. We begin with a thorough understanding of your needs and vision, allowing us to create bespoke solutions that are perfectly tailored to your space.
Introduction
We offer an initial, no-obligation consultation to thoroughly discuss your project and understand your vision. During this meeting, we will delve into your specific needs and requirements, enabling us to provide a detailed and accurate estimate. This initial step ensures that we are aligned with your expectations and sets the foundation for a successful collaboration.
Design process
If you decide to begin a personalized design process, we will schedule a meeting at your location to explore your dreams and wishes. This meeting will guide us in creating the project’s creative vision and layout, including 3D drawings, moodboards, and a material palette. The design process is billed at DKK 5,000 including VAT, and this amount is deducted from the final invoice upon approval of the quote and drawings.
Order confirmation
After finalizing the design process, with all details and drawings approved, we will send the first invoice for 50% of the total amount. The delivery and installation week is then scheduled.
Production
Once your custom project is completed in our workshop, we will send the second invoice for the remaining 50% of the total amount, and we will be ready to deliver and install the project.
Delivery and installation
With rooms prepared and access provided, we will install your project in one complete delivery. The installation time may vary depending on the size and scope of the project and is billed at DKK 600 per hour excluding VAT. On the final day of installation, we will review the project together and express our gratitude for the collaboration. The invoice for delivery and installation will then be sent.
